Please move as much furniture and personal items as possible. You're welcome to vacuum but we always do a thorough Pre-Vacuum as Step #1 to remove excess hair, dirt and debris before the Full Cleaning Process

Average dry time is between 4 - 6 hours for most customers...dry time can be shortened by placing box fans or running overhead fans throughout the home

Due to Liability Purposes, we typically have customers handle their own furniture and possessions. But for beds, large couches, etc that cannot be removed from a room for Cleaning: we can push remaining furniture to one side of a room, clean the open area; and then slide to other side of room to ensure all carpeted areas have been properly cleaned

We perform a thorough Pre-Vacuuming with our HEPA Filtered Vacuum. Then will apply pre-spray treatments to address heavy traffic areas, pet and food/drink stains. Following that comes the Comprehensive Carpet Cleaning with our Truck-Mounted Machine for incredible results!

Absolutely! We encounter many pet stains and odors, and have found a product line of our Pre-Spray Treatments that are Enzyme-Based and specifically designed for Pet Situations. So be encouraged, we have a high success rate with Pet Accidents!

We utilize the most widely used method of Air Duct Cleaning; called "Negative Air Pressure Cleaning." The method is used by the Country's top Air Duct Cleaning Companies (such as ServiceMaster, ServePro and others). The Process consists of using a High-Powered, Commercial Vacuum that connects to your ductwork and creates a "Negative Suction," that is the opposite direction of your normal HVAC airflow. Then the use of agitation and compressed air tools aggressively cleans dirt and allergens out of your vents and into the Large Vacuum Unit. A very effective process that achieves a Healthier Home for your family!
